“When I first called them, they simply told me it would cost $175 for the technician to work for an hour. He worked for 25 minutes and fixed the problem by cleaning the AC drain, but I was charged $235 and when I called about the bill they said they didn't know who told me the quote but $235 should be the right price because it is the weekend. Then she told me it's $175 just to show up to see what's wrong, not to actually work for an hour. That's why they added additional cost on top of $175. They weren't willing to lower the price to something reasonable or closer to the quote. So they might tell you the wrong quote and say the same thing. No complaints about the technician. Just the company needs to be clear about their price and $235 just to spend 25 minutes to see what's wrong and clean the drain seems expensive, not "affordable".”

They loaned portable units to get us thru the weekend and they put us on their work schedule very quickly for the new unit installation. The company reps Scott and Trent who did our work were awesome! Their answering service and/ or front desk person is also great. I’ll call them anytime if needed in the future.”
